Q1. How to register a company ?
1. Four company proposed names.
2. Certified ID copies of a Directors ( NPC must have min of 3 Directors)
3. Postal and Proof of Physical address of a company and a member
4. Email address and cellphone number.
All the above required must be emailed to us.
Fee is R950 which includes:
Company Certificate,
Share Certificate Tax Clearance B-BBEE Affidavit, and CD registration once
you have a business bank account
